identifiable information ("PII") from parents. The types of PII that may be collected at that time include the parents' full name,
email address, and credit card billing information including mailing address. We do not collect PII from children, and any PII determined to have
come from children under the age of 13 is deleted from our records. When PII is submitted during the TJ Club membership application process, we
always require payment via the parents' credit card so that we can verify through this transaction that no one other than the parents have
submitted this information.
As part of the benefits of TJ's Club, parents are able to participate with their child in a text or video chat online with loved ones feature, TJ Connect. Parents are also able to link their child through our Live Play feature with up to three other TJ Club members so that the children can play games together, or engage in other activities on the website and through mobile Apps. These interactive features are private and the information shared by participants will not be collected or stored by our site. We do encourage participants, however, to use the same degree of caution when utilizing these features as they would when engaging in any other type of communication via the Internet.Parents' payment of their membership fee when joining TJ's Club, or parents' use of TJ's Club services in the case of non paying TJ's Club participants, such as free guest pass holders, constitutes the parents' agreement to allow their child to participate in all aspects of TJ's Club including TJ Connect and Live Play. Parents, at their discretion, may then approve "Add a Pal" requests for their child, which will allow grandparents, other family members, or friends to chat with their child via TJ Connect, or to play games with their child via Live Play. Of course, we are not responsible for the PII revealed to participants when utilizing these features. Please note that thanks to the parentally controlled SafePlay protection provided on our site, children can be protected from viewing external links, ads, or browsing the internet while enjoying all the benefits of TJ Connect and Live Play. Every TJ Club membership includes a main account plus three full access sub-accounts that can be assigned by parents to whomever they choose. Parents will be asked to provide our site with the name and email address of any sub-account holder who is not under the age of thirteen so that we can communicate directly with the holder of the sub-account. When parents enter our sweepstakes to win a TJ's Club membership, we collect their name and email address. We may also request a user name and email address when parents submit a form through the "Contact Us" portion of the website so that we may respond to the inquiry. We collect this e-mail address for the sole purpose of responding directly on a one-time basis to a specific inquiry.
For some of our online activities - such as polls, surveys, games or contests - we may ask parents or children to provide information that is
not personally identifiable, such as country of residence or favorite color.
Additionally, when visitors come to our site, we may passively collect certain non-personally identifiable computer information, such as the

& Pals. That information is safeguarded with appropriate security, and it will not be used for other purposes. Furthermore, our payments
processing vendor has agreed to maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the personal and financial information it obtains from
the TJ & Pals website, and only to use this information on our behalf. Our financial institution is bound by all applicable privacy laws
